Money Back Guarantee

Without limiting any other rights of Quake AI in its Quake AI Services Agreement Terms and Conditions or at law, the following terms and conditions apply to this Quake AI 30-day Money Back Guarantee:

1. A credit card is required to create an account and will be billed monthly for services purchased unless canceled by you.

2. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.

3. Credit will not be applied against any sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction based taxes that may be applicable to you.

4. If dissatisfied for any reason, you may cancel your Subscription and request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchasing our Services.

5. Refunds apply to the initial purchase of a Starter package subscription or Custom services subscription priced at a maximum of $68 / month.

6. Services exceeding this amount are subject to individual assessment and will not qualify for a refund under our standard guarantee policy.

7. A refund may be obtained by contacting support.cloud@rumble.com or by opening a ticket from user’s logged in account.

8. The Money Back Guarantee is available on a one-time basis.

9. Renewed subscriptions are ineligible for refunds under the Money Back Guarantee, unless mandated otherwise by applicable law.
